Designed to provide students with a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through self-defense, basic BJJ theory, techniques and principles. Students are encouraged to ask questions to improve their overall understanding of the techniques and positions.
• Completion of Introduction class or prior BJJ experience
• Overview of attacks, defense, and escapes from all positions
• Mobility and agility drills for building coordination and learning Jiu-Jitsu movements
